We live in a world where multiculturalism has advanced to indicate a more enlightened society, albeit not reflected entirely across all societies. Merry Christmas !

Christmas means many things to many different people. For believers of different faiths, it is a time to reflect on the religious records and scriptures. For non-believers or partial believers, the reflection may be different, may include attendance at a religious ceremony, regardless of faith, out of respect and to mark the occasion. Christmas is supposed to be a time of kindness, to give others gifts of meaning regardless of economic value, although gifts of economic value also have meaning when given with love and feeling.

Therefore, our Hughes Krupica Team decided to in part celebrate Christmas by contributing to a Christmas party for orphans at the Baan Lung Pituk centre, located next to the Phuket Prison in Phuket Town. We bought some books, candies and other gifts and the team members that could attend, noting the unfortunate difficulties relating to COVID19 restricting  any form of substantive attendance.
