Khun Amita is an Associate in our Phuket office, working on legal execution, litigation and corporate matters for Thai and international clients.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Second-Class Honours from Khon Kaen University and is a licensed attorney-at-law in Thailand. She has nearly three years’ experience and worked at a private law firm before moving to Phuket to join Hughes Krupica in 2026.
Experience
- Legal execution: tracing debtors’ assets, freezing bank accounts and seizing land and condominiums. She monitors public auctions and negotiates the suspension or postponement of auction sales.
- Litigation: drafting pleadings, motions and applications, and representing clients in court, including witness examinations in criminal hearings, bail applications and claims to share in seized assets.
- Corporate and commercial: incorporating companies and changing company regulations and registered details, Treaty of Amity certificates and trademark applications.
