Sasinpat Doungpattra (Mind)
Associate, Phuket and Bangkok
Khun Mind is an Associate working across our Phuket and Bangkok offices, focusing on real estate and corporate matters.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Chulalongkorn University in 2023 and is a licensed attorney-at-law in Thailand. Born in Bangkok, she worked at a law firm there before moving to Phuket, where she is now based.
Experience
- Real estate: land due diligence, drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, and supporting a range of property transactions. She also has hands-on experience of property documentation and transaction processes through her family’s business.
- Corporate: company incorporations and general corporate matters, making sure clients meet the relevant regulations and guiding them through administrative and procedural requirements.
Achievements
- Represented Thailand in the national team at the 2023 Asian Games
- Three-time SEA Games medallist
- Chulalongkorn University scholarship for outstanding contribution to the university
